Our foundation in the security and public safety profession dates back to 2003, when our founder Nestor Rizo began his career in the security industry. In 2004, he transitioned into Law Enforcement and Corrections, gaining valuable experience in security operations, public safety, situational awareness, conflict management, and the responsibilities that come with protecting people and property and government.

During this time period he also served in the Florida Army National Guard for 6 years as an Infantryman where he deployed on 4 tours between Iraq and Afghanistan. After years of experience in Law Enforcement and Corrections through multiple agencies he returned to the private sector in 2017, bringing with him a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of professional protection.

Today, that experience serves as the foundation of Trident Security & Protection Group.
